I raced last weekend as an Athena and likely next year will just stick to AG.   They don't have over 40 and under 40 Athena classes here so everyone is just in one big group.  I ended up placing second in Athena anyways, but was racing against 20 year olds (I'm 41).  I compared my times to my AG finishers and I would have placed 2nd there as well.  I figure I may be heavier than some of my AGers but would rather compete against them than a 20 year old.

Pector55 - 2009-08-12 3:41 PM My tri has no category for Clydes.  Cry  I have to race with 130 pounders.  My right thigh weighs 130 lbs. 


I think my entire COUNTRY has no clyde division only even our Ironman doesn't have one although all the US races do.
