I have had similiar experiences in the past and my chiropractor has saved the day. In addition to an adjustment they treated me with ice and some type of electronic stimulation for about 20 minutes. I believe some chiropractors specialize in multisport and are very knowledgeable about the pains you are experiencing. Even if they can't get you race ready, they will help fix the pain.

How do you feel?

Just got back from Chiro....still in major pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully I will be able to do next weekends Mad Beach. I am still going to Danskin and hoping for a miracle but it doesn't look good. I'll see you all Saturday night for dinner and then be cheering you all on Sunday!

I'm sorry that you are in pain! However, it's best to listen to your body and not overdo it. Where do you live? Madeira Beach isn't too far away from me and I would love to cheer people on! I look forward to meeting you!
