IMAZ run loop anyone?

Master  1759     Peoria, AZ (Near Lake Pleasant) |  Subject: IMAZ run loop anyone?I realize this is a late post, but I plan on running one of the IMAZ loops between 4 and 4:30 pm this afternoon (9/2/09- Wed) before the BT dinner plans down the block. Feel free to join me if you like - It is a zone 1-2 run for me so slow is the word of the day! |

Sorry - I had just read Dean's post about running after. But it's still no. You may be able to log two run workouts in BT, but you have to do able to DO two run workouts. The way my legs feel, I'm glad I'm done for the day! And at 4 p.m. I would just melt. I can't take running in the heat. That's one thing I'm glad about when I do IMAZ in 2010 - I don't have to worry about melting in the heat because I'll be running after dark! |
