I had a really good swim, I felt good and it was fun. I passed a lot of people. There were lots of swim team kids at this swim and only three girls beat me and they were all 2 or 3 years older than me.

No Lean Cuisine after my race, just a banana. And I am happy to report my sea lice are almost gone. But the first few days were really bad. This was the worst case of sea lice I ever had. I showered off after the race and never even thought about sea lice. I won't do that again! I hope they are gone by July when I race in Ft. Lauderdale. Are you going to do that race?

Herdaughter - 2005-05-26 9:55 PM  And I am happy to report my sea lice are almost gone. But the first few days were really bad. This was the worst case of sea lice I ever had.

I'm messing with sea lice now so I'm sure you can relate.  Did you avoid the pool at the beginning?  I know it can make things worse.

I didn't swim monday, but I had morning practice on tuesday. The only time I get itchy now is during swim practice but I think the chlorine is making them dry up fast. I used vinegar the first day and that helped but I was still gettin new ones for two days.
