Woke up late had to hurry around like a madman to get there on time and then ending up having plenty of time. Isn't that how it always works? Meet up with another BT'er Ben.

Felt good, being the first tri of the year I didn't want to go out too hard an blow up. Someone took a hard digger in from of me and I almost got taken out.

OK, I vowed not to blow up on the run and not have to walk so I went out easy. I didn't see any markers on the ground as to what mile we were on. Well before I knew it I was at the end without any time to speed up. I am still kicking myself for this.
What would you do differently?:

Run faster sooner
