Subject: Tie Dye Tri
I've raced Tie-Dye several times and, as a member of the Cleveland County Y, I know some of the organizers.

I'm going to set up a meeting to talk about making some improvements to the race. Mainly, the situation near the finish bike in/out is just not safe and not smart. And it should be easy to fix.

I can't make any promises, but anyone else have other things they would like to see tweaked?

I didn't race this year due to proximity to the Redman Tri. I wouldn't mind seeing the date shift a little to separate it from the Redman a bit more.

Ken -- I might mention that, though I think they're a bit hamstrung on that one. They've got a time of year, and they want a good chance of decent weather (and have been pretty lucky, actually) and ALSO want to avoid any early OU kickoffs. It's tricky.
