feet hurt in aero

For some reason both feet get really uncomfortable in the arch, like a burning sensation. If I put my hands on the top bar it goes away. I never noticed this outside but it's killing me on the trainer. I can only stay on the aerobars for 15-20 min before i have to get back on the top bars. Any suggestions. I have Look pedals with the red cleats so plenty of float.

eta - I never noticed it as much outdoors, it was less annoying.
