I am considering using the The No Fluff Plan - Intermediate - 12 Weeks plan but have a question for those in the know. There is a caveat of "no injuries" during last training season. I did roll my ankle a few weeks ago and though it was painful I only missed one or two runs at most because of it. It did flare up and slow me down on my HIM last weekend but that I feel it was aggravated by a combination of going too hard on the bike and rough off road trails on portions of the run. Do the folks who built/maintain and/or use this plan think that counts as an injury limiting my ability to use this plan?

The "no injury" is likely to be sure your body is ready to handle the running workload of the program.  Your injury is not an overuse injury, so I would say you are okay.

I agree take it easy if the ankle flares up again but its not from over training.  Good luck and post your results here!
