Subject: Visiting Tampa, any training runs or swim?
Hi, I will be coming down to Tampa for the week beginning Sunday (10/18) afternoon until Friday morning.  I will be staying near the airport but will have a car to drive around.  Looking to see if there are any good training runs that I can attend.  I'm a bad swimmer, so perhaps running would be more beneficial.

Visit Q's blog..he is in my friends list.  A group runs on bayshore weds sometimes.  We are around.........

This may be a dumb question, but how do I see your friend list to visit Q's blog?  Is this the group run that meets around 7 pm off of Dale Mabry (near some grocery store and a running store), Tampa Bay Runners, I think?  If so, I ran with them about 6 months ago when I was down there last.  I'd definitely run with them again.

Click on my screen name Socks it will take you to my blog,  On the left is my friends list.  Look for Q and click on it.  Voila.  I swim with a masters group m-w-th but I'm not swimmming this thursday because I have to give a lecture.
