I have a flow-plus I'm putting on a new bike (old one was totalled) and lost the installation instructions.  Would anyone who still has them let me know the seat height calculation.  I remember I had used it before and was happy with it (i.e., faster), even though it was slightly off from my FIST fitting (which I wasn't happy with).

Go to his website, cobbcycling.com, and he has video instructions for installation.  Look up in the right hand corner, and you will see a ribbon to click on.

I watched it - it says "based on the formula in my instructions" when giving out the details.

I have the V-Flow Max saddle and like it much better than the stock saddle on my P2C. Here are the instructions I got with my seat:

Seat height (BB to top-center of seat) = inseam x .889

Fore/aft (front of saddle to handlebar center) = distance from your elbow to fingertip.

Thanks for the details.

Of course a quick email to the "contact us" address on the website produced full directions (and an offer for a free toolkit, which I declined) within 30 minutes... at 9:30PM last night!
