Subject: Explain d lingo please
Howaya all doin?

Please could sombody explain the best training methods for a tri. I have a program and it includes brick and block. I have eat both and dont feel the best for it(only kidding). I still don't know what it means.

Would I be right in saying that running is the best starting place to get fit over the next six months developing my tech on the bike and in the pool.

Also all I keep hearing is to restrict carbs to lose weight but when I do I am dizzzzy to flitters and keep running around and bumping into my own arse. What is the general opinion??

What are the best foods for energy??

Brick(s) =   check out : the reason u brick train is to get used to the bike to run transition (your legs will want to fall off).  check out briking_it for info on bricks.  blocks?  a block of training weeks?  building blocks?  a block of bricks?  hmmm...
