Run was very difficult for me. Didn't have time to use the facilities before the race and needed to BAD. Strong pain during the run.
What would you do differently?:

Arrive to the site earlier and begin to warm-up sooner so I can defecate if I need to! It was my first multisport event and I kindof stood aroung gap jawed for a while...

While my legs felt very heavy on the run they felt good on the bike. As soon as I got on I picked up momentum and passed more people than passed me. Overall, good effort on the bike. Except the hills really killed my momentum.
What would you do differently?:

Train harder for the hills and attack them versus getting afraid of them.
