Having been 168cm and around 45kg since I can remember I've always noticed the cold. Anything below about 24 degrees (celsius) and I start to feel the "nip" in the air (or the water). Living in Queensland, Australia I can't complain too much as we don't get bitterly cold winters (just a few uncomfortably cold weeks for me). I thrive on the heat, but like most other people could do without the humidity .
