TAMPA BAY AREA BTERS ? group Bike Sunday

I"m game. Suncoast is a drive, yes.  It's long, yes but you can cut back anytime.  It's where Tom and I crashed and rode the 11 miles back with blood running down his head. ugggg.....

Never done San Antonio, I believe they have group rides up there too.  

anyways, I'm game up so far.  Of course, that's pending the kids have a place to go (stay).  I'm not part of the challenge, but I'll join anyway.   

yeah, it's damn hot, so let's start early.

thr trail basically is a straight shot up North/South parallel to what I think is the Veterans XWay.  It's fenced, though.  Has overpasses over major intersections except a few.  There's a few offshoots to a park (JB Starkey) and a new housing development going up last time I was there (a while).  I can't remember which trailhead I liked better- I think it was the second one, the one at 54- because from Lutz it's 2 miles before a crossing, and the 54 has a parking lot.  The trail is  paved, smooth. Has water coolers just like at Flatwoods. 

I'll post again closer to Sunday if I can come or unless I get a phone from someone, I'll call them.

OK is everyone on for 7 am Sunday at 54 enterance.???SOunds good to me.  Renee has my cell if I get lost I will call her...how many miles you guys want to do????
