Subject: need some advise Ive been lifting free-weights at home for about a year steady, 3 times a week. So i got a membership at the Y this week and gave the fancy weight machines a spin, thinking nothing of it i went into my usual set's of 12 with 3 reps. Apparently they work many more muscles than my "at home bench and dumb bells" simply put it's now 2 days later and I have burning elbows, can barely move them.
