Finally biting the bullet and getting something other than platform pedals and clips for my bike(s).

Looking for pedals with SPD (2-hole) cleats. Can be used, abused, filthy, beaten - but MUST be safe. I know you can't guarantee the safety, but if they look like they are going to shear at any moment, I'll pass. Also, please be honest about the history - you know if you've taken a wreck that could have damaged them significantly. Otherwise, I accept all responsibility.

Not looking for the latest and greatest, just an old set laying around that someone wants a bit of cash for.

You can get a set of Forte pedals/cleats from Performance Bike for about $35. I know a couple people who have them and they work great.

Plenty of deals out there without having to rely on buying used.

wgraves7582 - 2010-02-04 8:50 AM You will spend more on the cleats most likely!

Let me check my stock room and see what I have - I will send you the cleats if I find an extra pair - Free.

Just look for pedals!

I will PM you tomorrow if I find them!

SAH-WEET! You rock, Bill. Now get off IR and apply for the lottery!

Hmm, $35, that's a LOT less than I've found other places. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!
