Subject: Balaclava and foggy shades
I bought a balaclava with the intent of using it for winter cycling. Unfortunately I can't keep it over my nose and mouth as my exhaust fogs up my shades. I suffer the same problem snowshoeing and haven't found a good solution for that either. Anyone else suffer from this problem? Any solutions?

I use a neoprene mask on days when I need my nose covered; there is an opening so that your breath doesn't have to vent up th emask into your glasses.  The rest of the time, I will just put my balaclava right below my nose on the colder days.

Something like this? With mouth vents and nose vent angled downward?

I still fog up with that when I go snowshoeing.  Unless I add this.

+1 on the cat crap. Best antifog I've used for swim goggles, though johnson's baby shampoo works pretty well too.
