Subject: Ah, so now we start counting down Hi all Whoo hoo, I am finally losing weight! After converting a lot to muscle and losing literally inches I have lost 2 pounds this week! One weird thing is that last week I was feeling really tired out and starving and didn't lose any weight this week I upped my calorie intake and it seems to have made the difference - plus I have started adding a 10 - 15 min jog to my sessions now so that muct be burning the flab too! I am so chuffed, so am going to keep it up until I am lean! |
