Race Judicata....

WOW!

what a fun race....as someone who moved here from Nebraska, home of the flattest races ever, these hills were killer!  the one at mile 1.5 was brutal, and then the one near the golf course clubhouse about stopped my ticker!

it was fun though....definetly not a PR, with all the hills, but about where i thought i would be this time of year! 

Percy Warner is tough no matter where you are in your training

yeah, i would say so!  i'm glad i didn't go look at the course before today, it would have been in my head!

but it was a beautiful course!  and the sunshine was a nice addition.  surprised the turnout wasn't better.

Did you run? 

I ran but not there.

I ran both the 5k and the 10k but we won't discuss speed.
It is a great race that I look forward to each year.
The hills are a killer.
