I have a 17 miler on Sunday morning starting in the 6:00-7:00 a.m. time frame - the pace will be in the 7:30-8 ish range.  Probably 2 loops from Princeton club in  New Berlin - but I am flexible on that.

I know....I know ...some of you run on Saturday so you (and I think YOU know who YOU are ) need not reply to tell me that.

my schedule for sunday has me doing an easy 14 or so...  i'm sure if i asked my coach nicely i could tack on a few extra...  as long as you keep it easy...!!!

however, i'm also supposed to do a short (1400) recovery swim afterward...  is it possible to buy a one day pass/guest pass to PC to knock this out..?!?

Alright, you two fast runners - 17 miles at 7:30-8:00 pace is in no way an EASY run.  Just sayin...........

(That's my jealous side coming out!)

i can pledge 12 but going to stick to the plan this time instead of taking on the extra miles.  starting to ramp up and need to be cautious.

I was gonna say yes till I heard 7.30 - 8 pace...  I'll be doing 18 at about an 11 min pace.  I'd need to wear roller-blades to keep up with you guys.

I was going to send my dog, I'm sure it would be easy for him. I could do 17 meters at that pace, maybe.

I have to do 16-17 miles on Sunday but am fairly certain that pace would kill me.

figures...this is an easy run for you!! I'd make it about 3 then die, but considering I'd have to do it on one leg it could be quite the challenge!
