Subject: bike fitting

Can anybody give me a recommendation on a LBS who will get me fitted properly on my new tri bike? I live close to Winston-Salem but am willing to make the trek to Raleight or Charlotte if necessary. I am familiar with all of the triad bike shops - not overly impressed with any.

Thanks!

I saw coach/pro triathlete Stacey Richardson ( http://tristacey.com/) for a few one on one sessions last season. She was awesome. She told me there is only one guy in NC who does a proper bike fit. Matt at the Cycle Surgeon in Cary. http://carycyclesurgeon.com/Home.shtml I contact him and the cost is about $150 for 2 hours. I might treat myself to that if I can get back down to my race weight.

I had a great experience with Mike at Inside-Out Sports in Cary. We had to change out my stem, tweek my cleet placement, adjust the seat position, etc. I am SOOOOO much more comfortable on my bike! The aero position is easier to maintain long term, and I can produce more power.

I could afford the fit itself (at inside out, not cycle surgeon), but I'm worried about not being able to afford the different parts. Changing out pedals for example.
