If you're willing to extend your budget just a bit you can have a very sweet Cervelo P3 tri bike.  I've upgraded so don't need 2 of them.  Make me a reasonable offer.

I have a 2009 Kestrel Talon with full ultegra and mavic aksium wheels that I will sell for 1400 plus shipping. I have had it exactly one month with only 300 miles on it. All papers will be included. It is a 55cm, and is a carbon frame, fork and seatpost. Let me know. You can also check it out on ebay
