My name is Tim from Chicago and I have been doing Marathons fro the past 2 years and have always wanted to do triathlon with the end goal being a full Ironman. Training has been going good and I have signed up fro the following races so far: Galena Triathlon - May 22 Big Foot Lake Geneva, WI - June 27 Branson 1/2 Ironman - Spetember 19 |

| 1 | Subject: RE: From Lurker to Poster good for you man. you are doing what i did last year. i did the chicago marathon for several years and then finally completed my first ironman last sept. IMWI is hilly so make sure you get time to check out the bike course and train for hills. Chicago is flat, so you might want to try one of the rides in WI like Dairyland Dare or the Horribly Hill 100. It'll give you a taste of the ride, plus a little. |
