My first Tri... May 2nd

Well, I'm stuck in Japan for another month. It sucks cause I'll be missing a few important occasions, but it's not the first time. Anyway, there is a small Tri on May 2nd! I'm gonna do it! Its short and backwards, but I'm up for it. Starts with a 5k run, then 15k bike, then 400m swim.

The only problem is I don't have a bike out here. I checked 2 bike shops today, but they don't rent. So I need to find a bike to borrow or something! Argh!

I'm off to go do a swim / bike (spinning class) brick. Training is going up a notch in priority!
