ok, so many more interesting people have blogs than I do.  I'm a slow MOP mid life crisis guy getting in to tris.  An online friend gave me the inspiration to do this, so here it goes.

That is a great start. I started my blog when training for an ironman. By keeping a "journal" I have been abe to retain so much more of the experience. I love looking at last year's races and seeing how I have grown in the sport.

Try to keep it up!

they have great blogs on this site. It's called your TRAINING LOG. Seriously, they are great

yep, I do that too.  I usually try to hit that right after a work out,  I'm more tired and less verbose.  I'm hoping the blog will give me a place to talk about triathlons.  None of my friends (besides my online friends on BT) really want to hear about it.  I don't blame them, I really don;t want to hear about their dungeon raid on WOW but apparently I read body language better than they do :-

I find having a blog motivation to keep going, it will also be nice to look back a year from now and see where you've come from

I use the training log and my blog. The blog is more for mindless rambling and I try to keep the training log more focused. Le blog is http://tri-ingforacure.blogspot.com
