Good stuff...I fear the discussion was getting technical and may mess people up some.  I think about the movie Tin Cup.  When she walks in to his camper and he is trying all those contraptions to figure out where his swing went.  Can change everything all at once...

In the million+ swim meters I've got behind me since I started doing this, I'm still convinced I'm doing it wrong. This doubtless leaves me susceptible the whisperings of swim gurus..

I still feel that way!  Focus on making sure the "catch" is right and all else will flow...
