Comments: Felt great! Never hit the wall and kept my pacing even. I didn't make the mistake of going out too fast either. Nutrition and fluid intake were pretty good as well. No muscle twinges or cramping. What would you do differently?: Try to get in one more GU gel, but it didn't seem critical. Post race
Warm down: Stretched and continued to walk around. Has some ginger ale to calm stomach and some peanut butter. What limited your ability to perform faster: I hit the goal I had (3:30) and will continue to try and lose the last 15 or so pounds I have. Some juice and oatmeal. Felt a little dizzy when I got up, but probably just nerves. Took a couple Tums.
Ran a 5 minute warmup and stretched.
