Subject: Speed Wobbles with bike
Okay, so I was biking yesterday, and had something I have only experienced with a skateboard. Now I was not going too fast (cyclocomp said 24.7 on a slight downgrade with a tailwind) and the bike felt very wobbly. So how do I combat this. Now, I am not the smallest of people (5'9 235) and have not been riding too long (6 months after a very long break) so any help is appreciated

I to had bad wobble in the past, seems to of gone over the years of riding and relaxing on the bike, still comes to my mind on a long open desent, tell my self to relax and let the bike flow. To me you loose more time going up than coming down, so bike strong up and be safe coming down. RELAX

Front wheel out of true, Front fork not lined up correctly, headset issues.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. It had happened before, but not so bad, in the exact same place descending a hill starting to brake for a hard left turn in traffic. Not fun. I could hardly sleep last night thinking about it. LBS checked out the bike, it's fine. I did ride elsewhere with zero problems.

First thing I thought of is the head set. Make sure it is tight enough but not too tight.

I have that if I sit up with my aero bottle full.  Did you have a full bottle?  The extra weight on the bars could be your problem.
