Pull, clean, lube, reinstall chain
Pull & clean both cranks
Pull & clean bottom bracket
Pull & clean cassette
Remove dork disc
Clean & re grease rear axle and bearings
Replace brake pads
Tighten spokes

I have the same stand and love it. I do way more chain cleaning and adjustment now that I have it. I don't have the bravery/ know how to remove cranks and bottom bracket. I'll dive in to it on the off-season some time. It is also handy to secure the front wheel to the frame. This keeps the handlebars from turning all over the place. I use a strip of Velcro. I've seen others use electrical tape, but I imagine a little bungee cord would do fine as well.

Make sure you drain the water out of that tire outside -- it's a breeding ground for mosquitoes....

I thought it looked like a spare on a boat trailer.... So, likely (hopefully!!) not able to hold standing water...
