Comments: This was my best 1500 meter swim to date. New PR whoohoo! They said the course was correct this time so I am happy! What would you do differently?: Nada Transition 1
Comments: I had trouble getting my shoes on today, I was a bit off balance. What would you do differently?: Go quicker Run
Comments: I felt terible on the run. THis is my slowest 5k run ever. I drank too much before hand and did an LT run 2 days before and my legs were very tired. I was also side cramping a lot. What would you do differently?: Noot drink so much before or run a race pace workout 2 days before. Post race

Ran about a mile and swam about 200. Ate a gel 45 minutes out from race start.
