Avia Austin Triathlon - Hotel Room available!

Hi All-

I booked a hotel room at the Radisson Hotel Austin - Town Lake at a non-refundable rate and then a friend ended up offering us his apartment for the weekend.  Does anyone need a room for the weekend (9/4-9/6) it's right near the starting and finishing area and cheaper than the event registration.  It is $325 for the weekend.
