Idaho bike/shoe stores

Does anyone living in Idaho (preferably around Boise or Twin Falls) know of a good bike shop and/or a good store for running shoes with salespeople that really know what they are doing? I have approximately two weeks (I hope) from the time I return from the desert to get my bike put together (yes it's in parts right now) fitted, and tuned up.
