Comments: felt pretty good early and kept good pace at beginning, started to fall apart on later miles then at the end sprinted last 200 feet to finish then threw up in the finish chute What would you do differently?: try to keep better pace consistency Post race
Warm down: wandered back to start from finish and stretched again while waiting for raffles and ate snacks, bagel, oranges, bananas, water, and cereal bars What limited your ability to perform faster: shear athetic ability, need more training, pushed really hard to meet goal Event comments: great race, prety laid back lots of fun. got up, got dressed, ate a little bit of coffee cake, had soem water. Dennis came to pick me up at 710 to carpool down and register, got down to renton and registerred about an hour prior to teh start. walked around a little bit then jogged about a quarter mile to warm up. went back to car to drop off sweats and then stretched and wandered about until start.
