Comments: 1st trophy !! What would you do differently?: Start Slower Post race
Warm down: Stretch, Refuel and hydrate. What limited your ability to perform faster: Started a little to fast. Around 7:20. Should have been closer to 7:50-8:00, then finish sub 7:30 Last updated: 2005-07-20 12:00 AM
