I'm listening to the triathlon Podcast right now, I dunno if it's that great but it's free. If you don't already have it...get the Ipod software (also free), and look under Podcasts and there it is. I'm actually listening to a review of the wetsuit that I just won this past weekend. Pretty cool. Hangloose.

Thanks for that - it's something new to listen to while I work and perhaps I'll pick up the odd tip.

I know this is an older post, but I have a Podcast if you are interested. It is called SimplyStu. You can get it from itunes, or from www.simplystu.org

I have a cool interview with Frank Farrar (SimplyStu #4) that is very cool. You can listen and see what you think! Hope all is well with your training, and you are getting focus for Winter and an awesome new triathlon year! (Oh yeah, I have free prizes coming soon: iPod cases, FuelBelts and more). They will be in shows #5 and higher. If you have specific questions or want to talk triathlons, send me an e-mail. [email protected]

I have listened to them all. Zen is a show that is done while he runs. Very interesting. His shows are longer, but interesting. Mine, SimplyStu (http://www.simplystu.org), are shorter, 30 min or less, and are compact. I talk a lot about triathlon gear, training, and hydration. You all are the ultimate judge. Hope you enjoy.

Tried endurance radio, liked it a lot. checkd out teh website, and I've got lots to catch up on.  Lookin gforward to more of this one.

Tried Zen and the Art...sounds like a fun guy, but the show just didn't capture my attention.  Won't be keeping up with that one

Stu is up next, and I'm sure it will be the best!

Get Your Geek On (GYGO) is also a good podcast. The co-hosts are IronWil and the Tri-Geek Kahuna. They focus on amateur triathletes. They do an interview of an age grouper each week. They also have the "geek" section where they focus on a particular problem. For example, they had a show where they discussed how to deal with some of the peculiarities of open water swimming.

Also, a little background on them. IronWil is a teacher and mother of two small children. She decided to take on the Ironman and is training for the Ironman Wisconsin. TriGeek is a surfer getting ready for IM Florida. It's both their first Ironman.

I also liked the podcast at everymantriathlon.com.

Another one I just started listening to is The Competitors Radio Show podcast by Bob Babbitt and Paul Huddle.  They do some great interviews, both triathlon specific (latest show is an interview with Hunter Kemper), and some more cycling specific (just listened to an good interview they did a few years ago with Bill Stapleton, Lance's manager).

It's good stuff.  Check it out.
