Subject: Aero = time savings
Doe's anyone know where I can find data on time savings for aero wheels over certain distances and aero helmets and so forth... I remember a site that had a chart but can't for the life of me remember what it was... thanks for the help

zipp has a pdf doc on their site referencing their wheels compared to a box rim.

Hed has an interactive chart that doesn't directly specify time but drag numbers at different wind angles

bikeradar has an article that does a test of roadie vs TT bike, road helmet vs TT helmet...google "bikeradar how aero is aero" and it should pop up

also tire/tube drag table with watt savings floating around and you'll probably see some stuff pop up if you do a couple searches

those are couple that pop up in my head...there's probably a bunch more though

I like this page.  Gives time saving for different gear over a 40 km distance.  Also gives you the cost in dollar/second.

Yes.  It's good and it's presented in a way that even us newbies can understand it.  It's hard to get going sometimes with the very technical white papers when all I want is a simple answer.
