If you see me in my Odwalla tri top walking the 10k, don't encourage me to run! Just high-five me for still being out on the course, ok? I'm staying with a friend in St Pete (who is going to SMOKE me in the tri, even if I can run). Pretty sure I'm staying Sunday night, too, for a little post-race partying |

I am posting the image not so much to show off Lake Minneola's water temp from a couple of weeks ago, but to remind people about the USAT levels of wetsuit use. They don't want weak or intimidated swimmers in the water without a wetsuit, so I'm sure they'll "find" cooler water. Wearing a wetsuit with the water at 80o - BLAH! That's going to be unpleasant. |
