Well, my first day of triathlon training began today and went great. I am following the 22 week couch to sprint plan and anticipate doing the Cleveland super sprint August 7 (registration not yet open). First workout was 20 minutes of walking and just under 10 minutes of swimming. Tomorrow I hit the bike for 2 miles of riding.
I guess I'll be the first to say, WOOHOO!!! Good job on starting your training!! For me, This week starts the first week of adjusting to winter training. Something I've never done in the past. Usually I go into hibernation mode and 'fatten up' until spring. Not this winter! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic, what it brings back to you is so worth the effort. I feel healthier now than I ever have, and I am reaping the rewards of more energy, and feeling all around better. Keep it up and you will be hooked.
