Forgive me Father for I have sinned, it's been 6 weeks since my last ride....

It's been three weeks since I rode. You'd think I fell off my bike, never mind the wagon.

Then again, I've been really sick, and it's easier to take the dog for a walk or very light run than to saddle up, helmet, glasses, blah blah blah ...

It's been since mid-September that I've been in any skinny-tired bike, and I haven't been in the water at all since then.

been 2 weeks since my HIM and i've worked out twice.  Three times if you include trying to sweat out a hangover.  I'm starting my hardcore offseason training on friday.

I think I just fall short no matter what. I'm barely over 5' 3".

Well, I forgive you since I just hopped back in the water today (after an 8 week and 3 day hiatus after my HIM). Go get 'em.

Well...I have not ridden in three weeks....but I had knee surgery so thats my excuse.
It KILLING me not to be able to ride. We are experiencing some unseasonably warm temps here for this time of year.......it breaks my heart that I am not out there.

 

I see my bike every time I step in the garage and I miss it.  I've ridden 3x since IMKY.  Time to get back on the trusty steed, methinks.

Its been since sept for me. I feel guilty every time I look at my bike.

lets all make a pact to at least put the outfit on and wheel the thing outside this weekend.  I hear Saturday is supposed to be sunny and nice most places... 

About a month here...granted I guess I have some decent reasons, #1 I am training for my first 1/2 marathon so I've been really run focused lately by choice, #2 I got a mild concussion 2 weeks ago so I wasn't doing ANY exercise for over a week after that, and I am still leery to ride the bike (concussion didn't happen on the bike, but still more nervous about a fall than usual). 

I really need to get back into it though, its the one tri discipline I don't really like, so I am afraid if I take too much time off, I won't go back.

The last time I rode was mid-September.

I thought I might be able to push myself to ride, but I think I'm going to end up looking for a fluid trainer.

I can relate to everyone.  I'm not sure when the last time was I rode.  3 weeks ago?  Something like that.  And I have no excuse at all.  I have a trainer, given to me by a friend.  Mea culpa, mea culpa...

It's been 4 weeks for me. 
My excuses:
1.  it's really been less- as I put 20mi in, test riding TT bikes 2 weeks ago.
2.  I've done spinning classes or indoor cycling at least once a week.
3.  I'm running instead.  Working a marathon training plan and just did a half mary race last weekend.

But- family is in town for the holidays this week, and both my brother-in-laws are solid cyclists. So- I'll be burning off some turkey with them.  Plus- I've got some nephews that are runners.

Damn, I've got a lot of family to beat into submission this week.

4 months here.  I ride the trainer though, I just haven't went out yet because I've been recovering from injury, and its much better to get a twinge of pain on a trainer than in a spot where you are 10 miles from nowhere.
