Subase Cycling Club

I am organizing a Subase Cycling Club.  Membership is limited to Active Duty, Dependents (age 14 and up), and DOD.  Basically, you will need base access to participate.  We are not looking to replace Pequot, Mystic Velo, or any of the other area groups, just to supplement for a military specific group.  And we want to look like one of the those cool pacelines at charity bike rides.
