Garmin Communicator Plug-in Request

This is due to us make uploading from Garmin units a free feature. We'll see if we can create an "off" switch for this prompt if you're not going to be using this feature.

If you could please do this I would greatly appreciate. Every time I do anything in my log it gives me this prompt.

Do you use Garmin communicator for anything else?  If not, uninstall it and you should not get that prompt.  Though we will work on a fix for that...could be a few weeks at the least.

What's funny for me is that I don't always get it.  For example, today I did two runs and when I went to my log to upload them, it didn't prompt me for permission and I just clicked upload and put one of them in.  I then clicked "add another run workout" at which point, I was then prompted for permission??  It just seems random, some days it asks, others it doesn't.

I do for uploading to Training Peaks. I need the communicator. I just don't want to upload my workouts to this site.

Just uploaded a fix for this.  If you go to Settings->Training Log Settings->Privacy Settings you'll see a new parameter labeled "Allow Garmin Communicator access to your training log?".  The default is for it to be checked. Uncheck it, Save,  and the Plug-in Request will cease.

Note that if you do uncheck this, uploads from Garmin Devices will not be possible.
