Subject: Adjusting marathon plan?? I am doing my long runs on Tuesday (the only consistent day off). However, I want to move my long runs to the week-ends. I only have 6 weeks left till the marathon. I have my scheduled 19 miles this Tuesday and want to move it to Saturday. This will leave me 4 days with nothing on my plan. Should I run during these 4 days? Cross-train? Or spread about this weeks runs to cover the days? I normally run Fri-5, Sat-8, Sun-5, Mon-swim, Tues-19, Wed-off, Thu-bike. |
