Subject: Homemade Book Stand for the Bike

Hubby made this for me tonight!  He says you can make anything out of PVC, can you tell?  Super excited because now I can get my law school reading done while getting in my long bike rides!

Ha!  Luckily, there will be NO Con Law book on that stand ever.  That would be entirely too much torture at one time...

The entire set up is about $11 worth of PVC.  Buying a stand that attaches to the stem is at least $15, and those are really flimsy and probably wouldn't hold some of my law books.  Best part is that the angle of the book holder is adjustable, so I can lower it and prop my laptop on there if I need to take notes or write a paper or something.

Thats awesome.  I always turn an ironing board sideways and put my laptop on it in front of me.  This looks better.
