Got lost getting to my bike. Next time I'm going to do a dry run before.

My calf was still sore from my wacko run on Monday. Could only walk for the first 500 Meters or so. Started fealing a bit better and increased pace to end.
What would you do differently?:

Not do something stupide in the week before the race.

Pulled muscle in calf.

Food could be better. Could'nt hear the presentation. Sound system bad.
