Any BTer's doing the BigFoot Tri? Got an email from RAM yesterday and the goodie bag looked pretty sweet. Trying to decide between BigFoot and Pleasant Prairie, any input would be helpful.

Is this your first year doing Big Foot? Have you done Pleasant Prairie before?

I've done both (oly) and prefer Pleasant Prairie.  Big foot has better scenery, about the only positive.  The run at BF is a trail run.  Nice in good weather, but when I did it, it was raining.  Very muddy and dangerous.  Slick down hills, exposed tree roots.  Swim was WAY short.  Plus every clothing item I have received in a RAM race has not fit very well.  For Hot Chocolate it was supposed to be a running technical jacket.  It was a hoody with a zipper.

Stopped by Running Away Multisport today and they had the Big Foot jackets to try on. Pretty slick! Plan on registering for the oly.
