up in time, tried and true breakfast, arrive w/ plenty of time
Event warmup:

This is a special race for me. 3rd anniversary of my first triathlon. This race is small but so special to my heart. So many places traveled physically, mentally and emotionally thru the past 3 yrs.

short jog and swim. Chatted w. a couple ladies who were doing their first triathlon. Hope I helped them.
