Subject: Ironman Mount Tremblant???

I heard a rumor this afternoon that WTC will be announcing a new IM on Monday at Mount Tremblant in Quebec.  Has anyone else hear that?  (My source's coach is the sister of Graham Fraser.)

Hmm... Triathlon Canada Magazine is also reporting it.

I just read the ST thread on this.........they say the course is going to be tough.

I thought I had talked myself out of doing an Ironman.

But Tremblant? So very tempting.......

So you are not intimidated by a tough course.  You say Mt Tremblant is tempting.  I suppose that is because it will be scenic.  Why not IM St George??

No no....it's tempting because it is only an hour and 45 minutes from my house!

Believe me, I am intimidated as all get out.

Truly.

But an IM in my backyard? In my own country? In an area that I love?? Might be worth it.
