again my plan is the swim easy and thats what I did. Could go a touch faster. Good warmup for Racine 70.3 next month.

Bit faster, wear the speed tubes...too warm for bibjohns

bike started good but 4 miles in lost my nutrition from the aero bars. Rode the rest of the way without liquid. Paid for it on the run. Slowed down on loop 2 too look for bottle....missed out on 30-50 secs

keep thumbs on aero bottle in rough road.

not loose bike nutrition. Better run training.

Sorry you lost your nutrition on the course. I saw quite a few bottles all over the place out there. Nice warm up for your HIM.
