Swim
Comments: again my plan is the swim easy and thats what I did. Could go a touch faster. Good warmup for Racine 70.3 next month. What would you do differently?: Bit faster, wear the speed tubes...too warm for bibjohns Transition 1
Bike
Comments: bike started good but 4 miles in lost my nutrition from the aero bars. Rode the rest of the way without liquid. Paid for it on the run. Slowed down on loop 2 too look for bottle....missed out on 30-50 secs What would you do differently?: keep thumbs on aero bottle in rough road. Transition 2
Comments: rack again almost collapsed when racking. insoles kept slipping What would you do differently?: need different race shoes Run
Comments: lack of bike nutrition came to haunt me ont he run. Felt tired, lethargic. What would you do differently?: not loose bike nutrition. Better run training. Post race
