Subject: Bike Fit suggestions/critque
Please take a look at my fit. I have been riding the bike for less than a year and this is my current position. My fit was done by a LBS that used the KOPS method (now I know that this is not relevant for a tri bike, http://forum.slowtwitch.com/...string=plum;#3396445)

In general, I feel pretty good in this position, though I have been having some shoulder/rhomboid pain lately, not sure if it is due to bike fit or bad pillow. My only complaint as that I feel like I am hanging off the ISM saddle. At times a feel a bit stretched out. At the :33 second mark I shift back on the saddle to the position that I "think" the saddle is supposed to be ridden, but when doing so I feel too rearward. My saddle is currently pushed as far back as it will possibly go.

In the front view, I seem to be rocking, but that could be b/c i quickly threw the bike in the trainer and the front end is not in a block, but on a phone book. Any advice on changing the fit to get more aero will be awesome.

Any advice/criticism would be greatly appreciated.

Who let the dogs out?

I have the same saddle, and a great thing about it is that you CAN slide back and forth a bit. Since you feel stretched out, and it looks like it's all the way back, why not slide it forward?

A few comments:

1.  I don't have any solid basis for saying this, but that bike looks marginally too large for you.

2.  The Adamo is meant to be ridden at the tip.  Your sit bones should be very close tot he edge.  Of course. ride it however it works best for you, but in general being near the tip is probably a good starting point.

3.  You don't look particularly stretched out.

4.  Your toes are pointed a decent amount at the bottom of the stroke -- if that's how you ride naturally, then I'd raise the seat a touch.  Or try dropping your heel a bit.

ETA:  forgot to say:  I'm not a professional fitter.  Just an interested interloper.

IIWY, I would try this (however, I would also use a powermeter on the road to try to measure improvements as what looks more aero is sometimes not):

1) Lower in front
2) Narrower in front
3) Practice turtling your head
4) Disc cover

If you want to get "more" aero, you could take out the spacers and get lower in the front. That's likely to have some effect on your comfort and your power production, though.

I also agree with the previous poster that if you feel stretched out, maybe you move the seat forward a little, although you don't look terribly stretched out.

Of course, my advice is worth what you pay for it. I'm hardly a bike fit expert.

Updated fit.  Centered seat, raised seat ~1cm and dropped spacers.

Look any better?
