Hey folks, just FYI, you could probably take your bike frames to an auto paint shop if you wanted to do this. That is if there are no bike paint shops close by. A good shop should have no problem doing this type of work.

Powder Coating is another option for doing an aluminum frame, a gazillion colors nowadays, especially if the Powder Coater is using Cardinal Product, just fyi.......it looks really cool that hot pink !!

Highjack - What is the difference in durability with paint vs powdercoat? Can the carbon forks be powdercoated?

The skull design is the finishing touch that sets it off. Awesome paint job and I bet you will have no hard times finding your bike in transition.

Thank you! That run was brutal! We don't have any hills to train on in South GA, so that hilly run came as a complete surprise to me. It was my first HIM, so I am happy with my time, since my only goal going into the race was sub 7 hours.
